If you're referring to reprinting the cover in its full glory on Blogoscoped, no, I believe not, because a) it's only a cover, and not the content of the book (covers are reprinted on e.g. thousands of shopping sites in the world), and b) in any case it's from 1916 so it's in the copyright free zone public domain now, as far as I know.
