There's a new "Contact Info" tab on Google profile pages which includes the ability to restrict who can view that info.

The options come from Gmail's contacts list, which now includes a "Friends" group that defaults in contacts who are listed as the "People I'm sharing with" in Google reader (at least, I don't recall the Friends group being there before).
