Google Support Issues

I don't want to be hard on google for this, but my experience with getting support isn't great. Almost all issues are from users who don't know what they're doing, but for issues that are on Google's end, it's really hard to get them fixed. This isn't just a problem for Google-- how does anyone sort out what complaints are user-errors or legitimate problems that need to be fixed. If someone could find a better way of doing this...well, someone, please do.

I'm bringing this up now because of a few issues i'd like to get fixed but don't expect the support forums to do anything for me.

over a month and no response. where else to go? it shouldn't be hard to find help.

I've just gotten involved with Google Docs support over an issue. After a while I was personally contacted by a Google Docs support person, who asked me to share the doc with her. Didn't hear anything so far but it was just this week, so let's see how this goes. I wonder if the new Google support groups will be any better than the old, Google Groups-based help forums, where your questions after a while sometimes became skeletons in a basement.

How long was there between reporting the issue and being contact?

The time a question goes unanswered should not make it worth being reviewed by Google. Then all of the problems that are actually on Google's end would take forever to get addressed.
