I have made this map for personal reference: What is missing?

Under "content" I would add "syndication", "copyrights", "user generated content" and "quality control" (spam fighting, user guidance, etc).

Under "Support", where are "customer support" and "user support"? Surely "Business" needs an entry for "banking"?

Of course it depends greatly on what kind of website you have in mind.

Personally I don't believe in this kind of diagram, because it's possible to keep adding to it infinitely. Surely it's much better to spend the time on the website instead.
