I'm writing this message in the slim hope of getting some sort of help. 2 days ago i tried to log in to my Google account (which i use each day, all day) – and i failed. Apparently, my user name is suddenly non existent.. I can't tell you how scary this is: my whole life and business is in that Google account. I tried filling out the forms Google "help" provide, i tried contacting SOMEONE at Google, but all i get back (to my partner's mail) are standard automatic answers. I've been running in circles for two days. I know I'm not the first person this happens to, and i know some people did succeed in getting their account back – does anyone know who can i contact? is there a REAL person i can email for support? this is so frustrating. i actually thought Google could be trusted.

All you get from their are form response generalities. No one there cares.

IE:
"Did you clear your cache? Many times this is the cause of confusion."

Can you post a screenshot of the screen when you get this error message?
