Here's a tidbit. Billionaire Carl Icahn cited a Goldman Sachs report that said Google was not the best partner for AOL financially, and that eBay or InterActive Corp. would provide better value. But the firm also said that a MSN deal would not provide much of an advantage over a partnership with Google"

   the focus is back on aol and googs and for some reason, there is already that strategic tieup happening with aol and googs. Googs share prices will be elevated to 'out perform' status by dec27th in time for year end closing and eps movement to be booked at the second level. Googs is walking the soxs line carefully!!

News squared says that the deal will be annouced tomorrow. Seems a good strategy. The chatter will be glorifed as everyone is near practically in holiday mode.(Like me-tracking this story)!!
