Unfortunately, i don't know if this will really take off, i mean people really don't that often buy the expensive Windows licenses, instead choosing to upgrade their computer for a couple of hundred extra from Dell or just leaving their computer be.

The people that do want to upgrade will want Ultimate/Home Premum and torrent it. Only some home PC builders really buy the Windows licenses properly per capita of each catagory I would assume...

If they are hoping to capitalize on Zune/XBox/WinMo then this seems like it could be good, but Zunes and XBoxs usually can be found on sale in other places, and XBoxs in "Bundles" with games etcetera, and WinMo phones are subsidized by the network...

Am I missing something, or am I stupid?
