Has anyone being following the TPB trial? I can't believe prosecutors don't have a little idea of the involved technology.
I think they should sue the users who provide illegal files instead of a service provider (TPB).

I have been following it, and it's true, the prosecuters are making a fool of themselves. The "King Kong" argument was brilliant.
