According to the source, this image comes from Sergey's Stanford days. "Here's an item that Google co-founder Sergey Brin forgot to delete from his directory at Stanford. The pages at Stanford that once linked to Mr. Brin's directory are long gone, but that only meant that it was discovered by using the WayBack Machine." From http://www.gmail-is-too-creepy.com/cgi-bin/sergey.htm

The encyclopedia dramatica image has the text

"Daniel Brandt supplied it at http://www.gmail-is-too-creepy.com/cgi-bin/sergey.htm

*No it was actually hotlinked from a stanford server at one point. same image but directly sergeys old web home on stanfords servers

*ahh, i checked now and someone added a .htaccess file to the directory: http://infolab.stanford.edu/~sergey/photos/ its probably still there.

this image is actually real and is still hosted on Sergey's Stanford page, i lost the link but will put it when i find it, Daniel Brandt links to it on his page in one placescientus 05:18, 31 October 2008 (CDT)"

By the way, the dress was a halloween costume.

Difficult to say if those pictures are still there
(/photos on infolab server gives '403' (Forbidden) at time of writing)
but it's important to notice that they are typical Halloween pictures as mbegin mentioned.
