Blogoscoped server is slow again

and not responding. It was not possible to start a thread last evening about 10 hours ago.

The page wouldn't load for most of the afternoon..

Thanks for the note. Unfortunately, the server was under a DDoS attack yesterday. I will see what support tells me today.

(OK, support says the DDoS attack is still going on, except that now they got it better controlled for the moment. Let's see when it completely disappears. If you notice anything unusually slow around here, please drop me an email or get involved in this thread.)

The last seven hours have been better...

Server performance seems normal for me today.

It is hard to get involved in this thread when the server doesn't respond for many hours. It might be nice to have a forum or wiki on a different server that we can use to only discuss blogoscoped outages. If we can not do that, perhaps Tony could post status reports on his blog whenever there is a problem.

Maybe a Blogoscoped Status Dashboard :-)

Tony: I don't know your timezone, but yeah, there was no problems during the last 7 hour went I posted my reply today in the afternoon.
