Did I miss this all the time or is it new? When searching google.com with the drop down suggestion list there are urls included. My search for 'centos' provided the link to the centos.com site as a first "keyword suggestion."

Aren't these different?
One is suggesting urls, the othe is making suggestions from the SERP.

Who actually likes the suggest feature?
You can turn it off.
