I can't seem to add promoted videos to my YouTube account using the link from ads.youtube.com/ to ads.youtube.com/campaign_setup which leads me to a blank page at a URL like this:
bizsolutions.google.com/pyv/pr ...

P.S. I just bought a super-nice video camera and i'm looking to make the most of it. Anybody have any ideas for me? Or just random shit they want to see me do on YouTube? haha
