Definitely fakes. Those screenshots don't even use the correct color sequence for the Google logo. Very poor indeed.

Mind you, that logo they're linking to from that Twitter account looks fake too. Makes me think that account is fake.

   Well, Google doesn't like folders. Instead, they use label to organize data. So maybe you should change the folder in your screenshot to label. ;)
