I think that gmail Voice & Video chat should have an answering machine so when somebody calls them to voice & or video chat there should be an answering machine. They could record it thereselves or there could be a made one. But that person has to have voice & or video chat. This could happen when you are on the computer or off.

This is so that friends, family, co workers... etc. know that you have been called.
