Google China removed "sign-in" link on its Google.cn homepage. There is only iGoogle link in the top-right corner on Google.cn now.

From China, can you still access google.com and sign-in this website?

Yes,we can access many google services,but except picasa,we can't see any picture there.
Like many other free picture sharing service which out of gov's control,picasa is dead for us...

Weird.
BTW, google.cn was down yesterday night.
