I don't know if this is new, but, when I search for the name of a musician [1] in Google, in the SERP – under the link and the snippet of the Wikipedia article – there are four links to sections of that article.

Example:
http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/w7xptUW5REEDdnCP9bXr7A?feat=directlink

[1] It doesn't work for other persons or things. :/
