I have been seeing the following thing for a few days now and I dunno at all what it is or whether it isn't new.

Title text is "show my location", clicking it will replace it with a loader icon, but it won't work (probably needs a working google gears and not a broken one like mine).
If it is something new, then I will do my best to gather some more info.

It was announced at Google I/O I think, it works with Firefox 3.5 as far as I'm aware, not sure about Chrom etc. Mac OS 10.6 Snow Leopard will have a location service available too... |
