Let him rest in peace and all that good stuff, but how bout let the rest of us live in peace without having to hear about him anymore! His death is considered homicide...if it happened to any one of us it would be considered an overdose! You don't see the authorities running after drug dealers accusing them of murder! Btw, I don't think Google is doing this to cash in on the MJ thing...Google has a history of changing their logos for certain people's birthdays (Tesla, Da Vinci etc) and apparently Google thinks MJ contributed a great deal to Pop Culture and is worthy of a Logo Change.

No I don't think either this is to cash in. Google dit it to for example for the birthday of Luciano Pavarotti. Even a few days after he died Google Italy placed a special logo on the Italian blog. It's a nice logo to remember the King of Pop, which shows the moonwalk.
