Hidemyass.com is blocked for me too. (And vtunnel.com doesn't show Flash for me.)

So far, my blocklist also includes:

- keepvid.com at least when "youtube" appears in the URL
- google.com sometimes doesn't work (e.g. Google Video, Google News too... this usually doesn't happen on load of the homepage, but when searching for something/ clicking on something)
- youtube.com always blocked
- all of blogspot.com blocked
- friendfeed.com blocked
