This post (blogoscoped.com/archive/2005-1 ...) talked about Google experimenting with different ways of displaying search results. It said that a link was displayed in red – and speculated as to the cause. Go to base.google.com now and what do you find? Links in red. What do they all have in common? Search results can be refined by location.
