You must be joking, right? :-) After two years, they finally managed to get the consistent interface accross GDocs. Not to mention 5(!) different editions of Google Talk.

"Language Tools" has a different purpose: showing all kinds of language-related tools (translation, international domains, interfaces in different languages).
