The first page reads "Chrome by Google ... A fast, new browser. Made for everyone" (using what might be the same font we saw on the GiveChrome.com microsite, but I have problems connecting to that one right now so can't tell...).

chrome ads are also running on the lcd panel displays on the escalators at waterloo station.
its quite a big push from google.
