Hello all.

Can you please let me know how can i import all my emails from one gmail account to another email account?

I know there is a policy that you can have only one gmail account, but im pushed to change my email address cos of some stalker and i dont want to loose all my data.

Is there any way?

Regards
Anna

There's no official method, indeed you're not supposed to have more than one Gmail account (am not sure if this rule is still in force, but it was there when I signed up in 2004).

The only method to do that I'm aware involved exporting all/ or a range of/ mail from one account and reposting it WITH NEW DATES into a second account. Reposting in chunks, because Gmail won't accept unlimited number of submissions per day. The intermediate format was XML-based if I recall correctly. There are some websites that specialize in "aftermarket" Gmail-hackery, and that's where I once encountered that hack – haven't tried it, so can not vouch for its trustworthiness.

Try this for starters: http://www.google.com/search?q=moving%20mail%20between%20gmail%20accounts

There are two methods I think may work (I've not done either though, so apologies if they don't work for you):

1) Using the Mail Fetcher in Gmail. More info here:

2) Using a desktop mail client and IMAP to download the emails from the old account and upload them to your new account. More info here (using an existing Outlook PST as an example but the concept is the same):
