"Google Inc. executives received a six-month suspended sentence for violating privacy, according to a ruling by a Milan court today.
David Drummond, Google’s senior vice president of corporate development and chief legal officer, Peter Fleischer, global privacy counse,l and George Reyes, a former chief financial officer received the sentences, according to a ruling by Judge Oscar Magi."
