If I already checked "Never translate ....." how can I disable it?

I got the update for Chrome Beta for Windows a couple of days ago, it now says beta (39874). But the official blog doesn't say a thing about it, except for comments from the public. Anyone knows why?

The biggest improvement for me is the new "Privacy Settings". But if you have the extensions AdThwart or AdBlock enabled you gets a lot of "Oh Snap's" crasches that crash all open tabs...

The most annoying feature in Google Chrome, how I can completely disable this!? The worst thing is when you will click a link and then the translation header pop-ups, so the vertical-scroll moves down and you finally click other link :S

Machine translation will never be "near flaw free."
