sorry for off topic post, but I want to know the script powering this forum. You are not using phpbb, bbpress ... blah blah.
?? anyone guess |
I'm using a homemade XHTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL software here. Historically it started on Blogger.com, then I added the forum to the static Blogger export (to allow commenting, though in the beginning threads weren't automatically connected to posts), later on I also moved the blog posts to this server, and then combined the blog + forum... |
Ahinav: a reader of this forum, Zachary Thibeau, started a project to produce an open source blog/forum PHP application similar to this one. You can check out his work here:

Thanks Philipp & Roger. :) |
Roger: "This project currently has no downloads.: :( |
Abhinav: To download the source, use the "svn" version control software. Just click on the "Source" tab for the command to use.
Alternatively, click "Source" then "Browse" then "trunk" to view the source code online. |
Abhinav: Actually it seems that there is not much even in the svn repository for the blorum project, just the start of a framework.
This is because it wasn't the project I was thinking of! Sorry about that.
Here you will find the "blogora" project by David Mulder: http://sourceforge.net/projects/blogora/
Blogora is a rudimentary but working application, written in PHP and depending on the CodeIgniter framework.
You can download the source, and there's also a link to the project website where the software is running live and you can play with it.
