I am running XP Professional and use gmail in my mobile as well as my laptop. Also use Chrome. When I asked for help from microsoft they directed a group from India to help me. Unfortunately did not help. Then another group tried to help at Microsoft's suggestion. Money out but still not fixed. Any help from anyone???
