If you want a Google Video button in your Google Toolbar, simply download the following file, change the extension to .reg and double-click it:

ruscoe.net/blog/uploads/google ...

This will add the neccessary information to your registry to add a custom search button to your Google Toolbar. For more info, read my original post on Google Toolbar Custom Search Buttons:
