Hold your horses :-), @Barry, Sorry about that. I got the story trough a another website and so I didn't know that SEL was the original source. I probably overlooked the story in Google Reader.

Wow, the famous press agency AFP (Agence France Press) mentions Search Engine Land as the original source of the lawsuit
