<<In Egypt, Dr. Tarek Kamel, Communications and Information Technology Minister, asserted that the current attitude is not to reject any service provided by international internet companies, but, in a shape that will fulfill all other sides’ benefits which may be affected by such service especially Telecom Egypt (ETEL) which spent huge investments on infrastructure and establishing international gates and other mobile operators.
It is worth noting that, Kamel proposed to divide revenues between Goolge and Telecom Egypt or mobile operators.>>

It sounds an interesting idea, which may make Google voice available to more countries. But is there enough revenue for Google to split it with other companies?
