Google will offer an option that would make your account more secure. After you enter your user name and password, they would send you (via an app, text or call) a short authentication code, which you would have to enter to be able to access your account.
This can be set up to be done; every time you log in or just once per computer (Guessing it's stored in cookies so "once per browser" would be more accurate).
The feature will be rolled out to Apps customers first, then to all Google accounts in a couple of months
Personally I probably wouldn't use it, due to the dependence of me having my phone, which could be lost/stolen. However I can see for some people it could be quite useful
