Do any of our german Geeks have clue point on this project and the inner working here ?? Theres approx $2B investment strategy happening for the EU's. I am picking up chatter all over , but no direct url/ link into a technical website!!

I read the announcements and plans too, but as every week there's a new announcement for a "Google killer", I'd rather wait until they go live... and if they're great, then it's good for the search industry because competition makes everyone try harder...
