<<< Reports of the flaw have been piling up on Google's own forums since January 4th with punters reporting that some text messages are seemingly being sent to random recipients.
In some cases the default SMS software reported that messages had been sent to the wrong person when in fact it had been sent to the right one, causing even more confusion.
Finally today, after more than 1,400 angry comments, Google has piped up saying, "Thanks to everyone for your patience while we've been investigating these reports.
