[Meta] Small change to how d0odle posts are handled

The forum frontpage is now split into two categories, both shown instantly but with a small separator in the middle:
- all news (at the top)
- doodle-related news (further down)

How do I determine what is a Google Doodle news? Well, anything with the words "doodle" or "logo" in the title (please continue to include those words when reporting on logo related news).

Why this change? The answer is that I want to ensure we all can quickly scan the forum for product news, and with the high amount of special logo doodles, I feel sometimes it's harder to spot the product news. I hope this new compromise is to the liking of everyone, those looking for doodle info and those looking for product info (or those of us looking for both!).

Thanks to all of you for keeping posting (product OR logo news!) & reading!

Yes, good thinking. Maybe it's helpfull to put a anchor at the top of the page to the doodles.
