&ei=string of 20 chars

What these mean? 'Biw' is probably width and 'bih' is height, in turn, but the other ones?

I believe that 'oi' is the type of logo etc. when ddle is reserved for Doodles. And 'ct' includes some chars of Doodle's name, a year when published (2011) and the location; hp is home page?
