In 2009, Google gave the kiss of death to Google Notebook, announcing that no further development would be done, and suggesting Sidewiki as an alternative.

I guess that didn't help, now that both Notebook and Sidewiki are being discontinued.

The blue bar style SERP now sometimes generates broken forms. Some of the links on that SERP (not the search results) are also broken.
