In order to compete with the AAPL Store, Google is at the present moment allowing Free MP3 Apps to be published without question on its Android Market.

Considering that some Mp3 Music Apps are top apps on the market, they are raking in millions of dollars every month out of which Google takes a big chunk through its admob platform used by mobile developers.

A simple search shows that there are more than 1000+ mp3 related apps which violate copyright rules.
