Bad Google login Practices

Google has a few prices around login / logout options that are decidedly not Googley:

1. On most Google properties, signing out requires TWO clicks. Even as a regular Google user, I take a fraction of a second to find where the sign out link is hidden. This is clearly an evil move by Google.

2. When I sign out of GMail, the resulting page does not have fields for logging right back in. Instead, there is a blue button that I have to click first in order to be shown the GMail login page again.

3. When I go to plus.google.com, it doesn't show me the login dialog immediately. I have to click on a red sign in button in order to be taken to the login page.

WHY GOOGLE? WHY??
