As of now, it seems that google.cn is no longer available outside of China.

It is also gone from the list in Language Tools.

When I type google.cn into my address bar, I get google.com, even if I first set my language to Chinese.

I can still access it at this time from Germany, I just checked. Which country are you in E.T.?

I live in Taiwan and can access both versions

If interested then I would suggest you use http://www.juxit.com in the future as this will pull the google china results.

In the mean time, here is another site that does does grab google china results, but it is slow:
