yes I've been finding this too. I've also been find that i occasionally get posts from back in Dec. I wonder if it is actually users making changes to their posts, and then Google feed bot thinks it's a new post? I don't know I'm not an expert on RSS

It looks so much similar to the Thunderbird duplication bug. For Thunderbird they even have a special extension, that deletes the duplicates :)
I hope
Google guys could share what the bug was and how they fixed it – there are chances that it is some general RSS protocol error (or misuse)
