Philipp, Great!! so cool! Maybe you can add a possibility to save the sketch? Or to make it a link to pass on to the friends? |
Philipp Lenssen | 18 years ago # |
Thanks for catching the spelling error Brian! |

Very cool.. Is there an eraser? |

I got some cool sketchs! this is awsome! |
Philipp Lenssen | 18 years ago # |
No eraser yet, but we're listening to all suggestions and make a list. |

Or just an "undo" button so you don't break the drawing flow for playback. |

For the group I'm looking for a Xerox promotional site from about 2003 written in flash that allowed you do collaborative sketches – real time. It was cool, but unfortunately I can not think up the keywords to find it. I've searched 8 years of email archives – I'd like to share it but its lost – sorry. |

now is just needs a little chat window to rock! |

I feel sort of incompetent. Every time I submit a lousy little stick figure, I get a doodle masterpiece in return. Wow, what some people can do with a computer mouse and web site. Great job, BTW. |
Philipp Lenssen | 18 years ago # |
Bratsche, some (like me) also use a Wacom tablet + digital pen sometimes :) |
swissdex | 18 years ago # |
very cool. (Dominik + Philip) = nice job guys

Great. You should rebuild MS Paint as a web application |
Andreas | 18 years ago # |
Do you review the sketches before they are shown to other visitors or are the sketches live instantly? |
Tony Ruscoe | 18 years ago # |
Andreas, from the "About" page:
"We approve every single sketch submitted before it can be received by others."

Thank you very much Caleb E! That is what I was thinking of. |
Philipp Lenssen | 18 years ago # |
Wow. SketchSwap popularity starts to affect availability of other sites today, including this blog forum. |

When you get done approving a sketch does the sketch you get from a person does that person get the drawing that you drew? |
Philipp Lenssen | 18 years ago # |
No, sketches are randomly exchanged once approved... |
Grant Shalks | 17 years ago # |
Loads of fun ... but I've tried this on two computers and both times, the more I draw the more drawing starts to 'lurch' as I continue to draw ....
... any ideas? |
Philipp Lenssen | 17 years ago # |
Grant, I'll talk with my friend again who did the Flash... |
