Additional reults in the middle of the results page

Have you ever seen something like this? ludwik.trammer.pl/screens/goog ... I was searching for "sketch". First three results are for "sketch", then gray line "See results for: sketch restaurant", three results for "sketch restaurant", another gray line and results for "sketch". That's strange, isn't it?

yeha Is see the same thing..except reuslt difference.<<Results 1 – 10 of about 29,400,000 for sketch >> where as your screen tis like 51.xx

it also happens for [Windows Media Player 11] and [sugar]
