[Pre-emptive rebuttal – this short comment should not be construed to comprise the whole of an extended refutation. It is a pointer to an essay which has the basics of what I have to say on the subject, and comment-boxes are not the best place to write detailed arguments]

You say that where property goes, privacy follows. However, I wouldn't say that privacy is distinct enough from property to be considered able to follow. I would say that privacy is the group of property rights that secures one's identity. Without property, there is no privacy, and without privacy, there is no identity.

Why would I believe Google does not handle information to US government if they make deals with China govt. to manipulate data?.

More, this info says it does not give info to Justice but we donĀ“t know about their relation with govt. agencies.

At least Justice is public, so we end up knowing about these issues, but the rest?.

I think they are only saying they do not make their data "public" not that they do not give data to any agency if they profit or just want to.
