I love both gmail and yahoo. however, i've noticed that i regularly receive a mail from my own gmail account to my yahoo account which i know i did not send. and what made it worst, files that are sent are with attached viruses. what can i do to prevent? please help.

I don't think Gmail is really the one who sends you those mails. Most viruses sends themselves with false "From" headers – they use random receiver address AND random sender address. Probably one of people who has your both addresses saved on his computer has a virus. OR – if you uses mail client instead of gmail webmail – you are the one whose computer is infected.
