The latest "milliondollarhomepage" knock-off post made me remember how the forum rules specifically say this is not allowed. But it doesn't seem like there's a quick link anywhere to the forum rules. Is it possible to make that a sticky or otherwise just have a link to it somewhere on the main forum page?

The link to the forum rules is next to every "submit" button when you post something. Million Dollar spin-off has been removed :)

Right next to the "Submit reply" button it says

"(URLs are auto-linked. More rules...)" with a link to the forum rules
