Google Video homepage is too crowded. It has 60 links. I think it's too much. They should just let you personalize it and include 2 or 3 picks.

And categories like "Popular" give the same results over and over when you change page.

The relevance is very low in most of the searches i have conducted, all i get is archived old people.
