Does anybody else think that the Google Accounts page is really awful?

What ways could they improve this page which does link all google services together?

on a postive note, I like the google account log in boxes (but thats about as far as it goes)

Yep, the page is kinda ugly... especially because of that 90s 3D table border!

Couldn't you do small article on how they could make it much better? They might take notice then.
