Its been covered before, but i wanted to bring back the sneak preview of Google's upcoming and slight redesign of search results. It appeared to me today while trying to get to Blogoscoped.

Maybe it will become a New Coke disaster for Google if they indeed decide to roll it out for everyone... it's a big redesign, and I bet some people will hate it.

Well.. I bet a lot of people wont notice to be honest. In terms of interface for Google it is a big switch. But I think a lot of users (people who perhaps search less often than ourselves) wont notice.

do you think google should make their homepage + results pages more in the style of gmail or windows live? make is a bit 'smoother'
though i do like how simple it looks.

maybe they could offer a personalised results page aswell as personalised homepage?
