They seem to be experimenting. This will not last for long, as it will cost Google a lot of ad-dollars. I like it, though. :-)

The layout has been this way for me for about 36 hours now, and to be quite honest – it's getting on my nerves quite a lot. At the moment I definitely prefer the old layout – possibly simply because I'm just not used to this yet. But I would like out of the experiment if possible.
Anyone know how to go back to the old layout, short of using IE again?
