Is there any way to find the Google checksum used to determine a PAge rank without the toolbar? All the websites and forums I'm finding on this subject are over a few years old. What is the current status? Can you do it without a sniffer? Is the Google API definitely not helpful?

Can someone help me close this issue? What steps do i take to find the Google Checksum relating PR for this address: http://blog.justinpfister.com (or any other address)?.. Is it possible? Should I continue to research this? I can't find any active forums on the internet regarding this.

I'd like to use this XML output :

These guys must know how to do it – they got a working PHP-based PageRank checker:
http://www.checkpagerank.com

You can nicely ask them for the algorithm or include their buttons on your page. Or screenscrape them not so nicely – this is the URL:
